* If the IDBLUE Manager User's Guide does not appear when you open the file, you are running a version of Windows that treats a downloaded CHM file as an untrusted file. This problem can be fixed as follows:
- Locate the IDBLUE Manager User's Guide CHM file in Windows Explorer, right-click to get the pop-up menu, and click Properties.
- Click Unblock to make the file trusted and allow the file to open.
